Dion Ruben

Dion Ruben is an experienced Regional F&I Trainer at Asbury Automotive Group, where responsibilities include training finance managers and enhancing dealership revenue. Prior to this role, Dion served as a Corporate Trainer at JM&A Group from March 2013 to July 2022, earning the Sales Trainer of the Year award in 2015 and training finance and sales managers across major automotive manufacturers in the United States and Canada. Dion's expertise includes conducting evaluations and onboarding new hire F&I Specialists, as well as leading seminar-style training sessions to ensure compliance and drive performance. Dion holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from California State University - East Bay, obtained in 1995.
