Wendy Reynolds-Dobbs, Ph.D. has extensive experience in the field of diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as talent management and organizational effectiveness. Wendy currently holds the position of VP and Chief Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer at Asbury Automotive Group since May 2022. Prior to this, they served as the VP and Chief Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer at Unisys from March 2021 to April 2022.

From March 2017 to March 2021, Wendy worked as the VP of Talent Management and Diversity & Inclusion at Change Healthcare. Wendy Reynolds-Dobbs, Ph.D., obtained their Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The University of Georgia in 2007. Prior to that, they received their M.S. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the same institution in 2005. Wendy completed their undergraduate studies in Psychology at UC San Diego in 2002.
