Scott is a business-savvy HR executive and coach with more than four decades of experience. His roles as an advisor, consultant, and executive coach are deeply informed by his past experiences in executive roles and his understanding of best practices cultivated from managing and consulting in Fortune 100 environments across various industries. Scott served Freddie Mac for 13 years as SVP of Human Resources, VP of Compensation and Benefits, VP of HR Business Partners and Employee Relations, and VP of Human Capital Management. Additionally, Scott served in partner-level consulting roles with two of America’s best-known HR consultancies. In these roles, he advised diverse clients in pharmaceuticals, utilities, hospitality, retail, consumer goods, automotive, and numerous other industries focusing on HR strategy, talent management, total rewards, executive and employee compensation, performance management, leadership development, and employee engagement. As a Georgetown University–certified Leadership Coach and member of the International Coach Federation, Scott partners with his executive clients on leadership skills, team-building, career/life transitions, and areas vital to individual and organizational success.
