Timothy Leiter

Timothy Leiter has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent role being the Regional Director of Human Resources at Asbury Communities, Inc. In this position, they served as a strategic business partner to the Executive Director and developed and managed the annual HR budget. Prior to this, they held various roles at Kelly Government Solutions, including Employee Relations Manager and Recruiter. Timothy began their career as an Intern at Johns Hopkins Institutions Government Relations Department.

Timothy Leiter holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Maryland. Timothy later pursued a Bachelor's degree in Government and Politics, followed by a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications, including Just Culture Champion, CHC, Resilient Leadership Coaching Program, SHRM-SCP, and SPHR Certification.
