Christian Hamilton

Christian is responsible for executing ASC's company strategy, including addressing the full achievement of the Sovereign Shipbuilding Talent Pool.

Prior to this role, Christian was the Executive Manager Strategy and Communications, responsible for developing ASC’s Corporate Strategy, managing the annual strategic planning process and developing contingency plans to address emergent risks and opportunities.

Christian has also held positions in strategy, human resources and organisational development with a focus on developing ASC’s strategic framework and enhancing business performance through organisational design, alignment and accountability.

Prior to joining ASC in 2011, Christian spent 14 years in the Australian Army where he held various command and leadership postings including operational tours of East Timor, Iraq and Afghanistan.
