Frederick Benny

Frederick Benny has extensive experience in inventory management and operations, currently serving as Manager of Future Operations Inventory at ASC Pty Ltd since August 2022, focusing on forecasting, planning, and budget management for submarine project requirements. Previously, Frederick held several roles at BHP from 2018 to 2022, including Principal Regional Inventory Partner, where strategic collaboration across coal and rail operations was enabled, and Principal of WIL Projects, managing technology implementation to enhance operations. At Rio Tinto from 2011 to 2018, Frederick advanced through various positions, such as Advisor in Inventory Planning and Reliability Engineer, optimizing inventory management and improving equipment reliability. Early career experiences include internships at Volkswagen Research Lab and Larsen & Toubro Limited, with a strong educational foundation in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
