Mailene Ignacio

Mailene Ignacio is an experienced instructional designer with a strong background in learning and development, having held various roles since 2004. Currently employed at ASC Pty Ltd as an Instructional Designer since August 2021, Ignacio previously worked at TAFE SA in the same capacity and at DXC Technology as a Learning and Development Specialist, where responsibilities included managing global learning solutions and collaborating with subject matter experts. At Deltek, as a Senior Instructional Designer, Ignacio focused on designing learning solutions for users of Deltek products. Prior experience includes roles at Accenture and eTelecare Global Solutions, where Ignacio conducted training for technical specialists and customer service representatives. Ignacio holds a Diploma in Training Development and Management from De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from Centro Escolar University.
