Charumeghana Samantula

Charumeghana Samantula is a dedicated graduate student researcher and assistant with a focus on coupled human and earth systems at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where involvement began in September 2021. Charumeghana is also a build team member for the Illinois Solar Decathlon, contributing to the HVAC team since August 2021. Previous experience includes a summer internship at the Smart Energy Design Assistance Center and a student internship with the Smart Village Movement from July 2020 to November 2020. Charumeghana held leadership roles in publicity and hospitality at ELAN & ηvision at IIT Hyderabad from May 2018 to June 2020. Academically, Charumeghana completed a Master of Science degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in May 2023 and a Bachelor of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Hyderabad in 2021.
