Jessica de la Paz

Jessica de la Paz is an experienced Energy Analyst at Ascend Analytics, a position held since May 2023. Prior to this role, Jessica was a Data Analyst at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory from April 2022 to May 2023. Jessica's academic journey includes a PhD in Civil Engineering from Northwestern University, where studies began in September 2021, following the completion of a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from the same institution. Jessica also earned a Master of Science in Environmental/Environmental Health Engineering from Stanford University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in the same field from Stanford. Various roles at Stanford included teaching and research positions, with a focus on sustainable practices and behavioral patterns in urban planning. Additional experience includes a Nutrition Intern position that involved developing health programs on campus and a Data Analyst role at VALUENEX.
