Megan Tatum has extensive work experience in the field of recruiting and talent management. Megan is currently serving as the Administrative Director at Birdie Lou Counseling Center. Previously, they held the role of SVP, Recruiting at both Sierra Meadows Behavioral Health and Ascend Behavioral Health. Megan also has experience as the Director of Talent at Patxi's Pizza and held various positions at BJ's Restaurants, Inc., including Senior Talent Selection Manager, Talent Selection Manager, Senior Recruiting & Human Resources Specialist, and Restaurant Supervisor & Bookkeeper. Throughout their career, Megan has demonstrated expertise in managing the full cycle recruiting process and staffing positions across multiple locations.
