Angela Li

Angela Li possesses extensive experience in quality assurance and regulatory affairs, currently serving as a Specialist at Ascend Clinical since December 2018. Prior to this role, Angela held positions such as Clinical Laboratory QA Manager at Vibrant America Clinical Laboratory, where responsibilities included supervising testing personnel, and Biochemical Scientist at Vibrant Sciences, focusing on the development of medical diagnostic devices and validation of clinical diagnostic assays. Additional research experience includes roles at Stanford Health Care and City of Hope, where Angela contributed to studies involving hepatitis C virus and telomerase reverse transcriptase, respectively. Angela's career began with research positions at various organizations, including GeneSoft Inc., GeneTrace, Inc., Berlex Biosciences, and Tularik, where a strong foundation in laboratory techniques and high-throughput screening was established. Angela earned a PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences and Cancer Research from the University of Southern California between 2003 and 2008.
