Ahmed Youssef

Ahmed Youssef is a seasoned professional in the field of biotechnology and pharmaceutical development, currently serving as Senior Manager for USP Development at Ascend Advanced Therapies since February 2023. Prior to this role, Ahmed Youssef held the position of Senior Manager and Team Leader for USP Development at Freeline from June 2019 to February 2023. With a strong foundation in upstream processes, Ahmed Youssef began their career at Minapharm Pharmaceuticals, progressing from Upstream Research Specialist to Upstream Unit Head between 2012 and May 2019. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Biotechnology from The American University in Cairo and a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy and Biotechnology from The German University in Cairo.
