Constance Tucker

Constance Tucker, DO, currently serves as the Chief Development Officer at Ascend Healthcare Inc since January 2023. Prior to this role, Constance held the position of Chief Medical Officer at Neighborhood Outreach Access to Health (NOAH) from November 2016 to December 2022, and served as Chief Medical Officer at Gardner Family Health Network from 2013 to 2015. Constance received a Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology from the University of Arizona, graduating between 1991 and 1995.
