David Pilsbury

David Pilsbury is a seasoned professional in the field of education and board governance, currently serving as an International Education Advisory Board Member at Times Higher Education and a Board Member at Macau Millennium College. As Chief Development Officer at Oxford International Education Group since September 2021, David has played a pivotal role in advancing educational initiatives. Additional board roles include membership at Emirates Aviation University and the China-Britain Business Council, as well as being a Non Executive Board Member at Jisc and Chair of the UK Advisory Board at Studyportals. David's advisory contributions extend to EURAS and the Vocational Training Council, where David holds the title of Hon Fellow. Previously, David served as Chair of the PVCI Network Steering Group at Universities UK International from September 2018 until September 2021.
