Mohammad Bazaraa

Mohammad Bazaraa has extensive experience in various technology leadership roles. Mohammad is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Ascend Solutions since 2022. Prior to that, they held the same position at Digital Information Company starting in 2021.

From 2008 to 2020, Mohammad worked at Nesma Advanced Technology, where they held the role of General Manager, Business Solutions. In this role, they provided strategic leadership and vision to the business unit, overseeing the development and evaluation of long-term and annual plans. Mohammad also directed and coordinated budget activities and ensured the implementation of IT technology standards and protocols.

Before their time at Nesma Advanced Technology, Mohammad worked at NESMA Company from 2003 to 2008. Mohammad first served as the Technical & Operations Manager, where they played a key role in translating business objectives into technical requirements and solutions. Mohammad also negotiated with third-party suppliers and implemented optimized solutions. Later, they became the Technical Support Manager, leading and managing network operations and technical support services.

Prior to that, from 1999 to 2003, Mohammad worked as a Senior Network Engineer at both General Electric Company and General Electric Information Services. In these roles, they were responsible for evaluating and recommending networking solutions and estimating resource and financial requirements.

Mohammad Bazaraa earned a BSc in Electronics and Communication from the Arab Academy for Science and Technology from 1993 to 1998. Mohammad also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Electronics during the same period from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology, and Maritime Transport.
