Zackary Hale

Zackary is the Director of Facilities and the Weekend Lead Mentor at Ascend Healthcare. He is a highly motivated mentor who is always willing to go the extra mile. Zackary utilizes and applies his life experiences while modeling professional behavior and engaging with their clients. In addition to his own recovery and years of sobriety, he also has years of experience working in recovery and helping to foster healthy living in others. He easily connects with the kids, and allows them to open themselves up. Zack believes that it is important to guide clients to recovery through both work and fun. He knows just how these kids think and feel, and uses his experiences to help them navigate the ups and downs of healthy living. He is passionate and positive about his work.
