Nioka Clark

Nioka Clark currently serves as the Senior Director of Workforce Strategies at Ascend Indiana, a position held since July 2024. Prior to this role, Nioka was a Senior Advisor for Engagement and Innovation at TPMA from June 2020 to June 2024, where responsibilities included leading strategic initiatives, mentoring teams, managing innovation engagements, and fostering client relationships. Nioka also has experience as a Senior Consultant, working with diverse clients such as large businesses, educational institutions, and non-profits, focusing on facilitation and tailored sessions. Previously, Nioka held several positions at Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana from June 2010 to May 2020, including Director of Curriculum Services, Lead Teacher, and School Director, contributing expertise in technical training, leadership development, and team management. Nioka holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Saint Joseph's College and a Master of Education in Educational/Instructional Technology from Indiana University Indianapolis.
