Kanika Saraiya Havelia

Kanika Saraiya Havelia is a Senior Director at KPMG US since May 2008, recognized with the Outstanding Mother Award 2024 for exemplifying leadership in both career and community while managing motherhood responsibilities. In addition to this role, Kanika serves on the board of the American Lung Association and the Mother & Child Education Center, alongside being an Advisory Board Member for Ascend, a network for Asian and Pacific Islander professionals. Kanika is also involved with the AI/ML Leadership Committee at the Technology Association of Oregon, mentoring startups and fostering collaboration in the AI field. An advocate for knowledge sharing, Kanika participates as a keynote speaker and panelist at various conferences. Kanika's educational background includes an MBA in Finance from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, and an Executive Education in Artificial Intelligence from the University of California, Berkeley.
