Jeana Pantoliano

Jeana Pantoliano, CFI, serves as the Managing Director of Maintenance, Facilities, and Security at Ascend Learning since February 2025. Previously, Jeana held the position of Digital Manager of Investigations at Saks from January 2022 to February 2025 and worked as an Asset Protection Systems, Reporting, and Technology Analyst at Bloomingdale's from April 2021 to January 2022. Jeana's extensive background in loss prevention began at Bloomingdale's in various roles from May 2004 to May 2019, including Central Investigations Manager and Loss Prevention Supervisor, where responsibilities included implementing shortage prevention programs and managing investigations. Additional experience includes the role of Business Operations Manager at Success Academy Charter Schools from May 2019 to April 2021. Jeana's education includes studies at John Jay College (CUNY), Bergen County Police Academy, and Dean College.
