Mohammed Shahriar

Mohammed Shahriar has over 15 years of experience in software quality engineering and development, currently serving as Manager of Software Quality Engineering and formerly as Lead Software Development Engineer in Test at Ascend Learning since November 2014. Prior to this, Mohammed held the position of Software Development Engineer in Test at RichRelevance from January 2012 to November 2014, contributing to personalization technologies for major retailers. Mohammed also worked as a Software QA Engineer at Pacific Gas and Electric Company from January 2008 to December 2011, and at WorkMetro from December 2006 to December 2007, where expertise in online recruiting solutions was developed. Earlier experience includes a role as Software QA Engineer at Houghton Mifflin from July 2005 to September 2006, focused on state standards-based assessment solutions. Mohammed holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Lehman College, completed in 1998.
