Dean Sigvertsen

Dean Sigvertsen serves as the Senior Human Resources Manager at Ascend Performance Materials, overseeing HR operations at the Decatur, AL manufacturing site since August 2022. Previously, Dean held the same title at Ascend Performance Materials from November 2012 to March 2021, contributing to the company's growth in the Nylon 6 production sector. Prior to this, Dean was the Director of Human Resources at VVF LLC from September 2007 to October 2012, where responsibilities included HR leadership for a company specializing in oleochemicals and personal care products.
