Gustavo N.

Gustavo N. began their work experience as a Sales Assistant at The Timken Company in 1987. Gustavo then worked as a Sales Development Manager at UNILEVER from 1988 to 1991. Following that, they served as a Human Resources Manager at Citrosuco from 1991 to 1998. From 1998 to 2008, Gustavo was a Human Resources Director at Valeo. Gustavo then worked as the Manufacturing and Logistics Global HR Leader at WABCO from 2009 to 2011. After that, they became the Vice President of Human Resources at Dresser-Rand from 2011 to 2017. Currently, Gustavo is the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Ascend Performance Materials since 2017.
