Katie Pickle

Katie Pickle has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities. Katie most recently worked at Ascend Performance Materials, starting in 2022. At Ascend, they held the positions of Sr. Global Director, Talent and Rewards and Global Director for Total Rewards and Process Excellence. Prior to this, Katie worked at Total Safety US, Inc. from 2018 to 2022 as the Director, Global Total Rewards. From 2013 to 2018, they were with A. Schulman, Inc. where they served as the Global Total Rewards Leader and later as an HR Business Partner & Benefits Manager, Americas Region. Earlier in their career, Katie held positions at Oceaneering, Vallourec - North America, and Ajamie LLP.

Katie Pickle has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from the University of St. Thomas (TX). Katie also holds another Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism Mass Communications from St. Bonaventure University, which they obtained between 2002 and 2005. Currently, Katie is pursuing a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist certification from the International Foundation; Education - Benefits - Compensation.
