Lynn Crear

Lynn Crear has a strong background in the chemical manufacturing industry. Lynn's most recent position was as the Director of Operations at Ascend Performance Materials, a role held since 2019. Prior to this, Lynn had a long tenure at Ascend Performance Materials, where they were the LAB/DPO/Formalin/NaCN Business Unit Leader from 2013 to 2019 and the Adipic Acid Business Unit Leader from 2007 to 2013. Before joining Ascend Performance Materials, Lynn worked at Solutia Inc. as the Nylon Polymer Team Leader from 2005 to 2006, the Nylon Support Team Leader from 2003 to 2004, and as a Manufacturing Engineer from 1998 to 2003. Lynn started their career at Union Carbide as a Specialty Chemicals Production Engineer from 1987 to 1997.

Lynn Crear completed their Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering at Northwestern University, from 1984 to 1988.
