Thomas Hagenaers

Thomas Hagenaers has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Thomas most recently worked at Ascend Performance Materials as the HR Director EMEAI. Prior to that, they held various positions at Ingenico Group, including HR Director Global Online, Head of HR Data and Transformation, and HR Business Partner. Thomas also served as the HR Manager for North Africa and Egypt at Baxter Healthcare and the HR Manager for the Middle East at Devoteam. Before entering the HR field, they worked as a Headhunter at SAM Headhunting and held consulting and project management roles at Devoteam. Thomas began their career at Lawfort as an IT & Facilities Co-ordinator and later worked as an Officer at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Thomas Hagenaers completed their education in a chronological order. Thomas obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communication Management from AP Hogeschool Antwerpen in 1997. Thomas then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Political and Social Sciences at KU Leuven from 1997 to 1999. Next, they completed a Master's degree in Communication Sciences at KU Leuven from 1999 to 2001. Lastly, they attended Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management from 2005 to 2007, where they obtained an MBA with a focus on Strategy and Marketing, Finance and Accounting. In addition to their formal education, Thomas Hagenaers has acquired several certifications, including SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR), Master Person Analysis (MPA), and Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP).
