Stefanie Carlson

Stefanie Carlson has over 20 years of work experience. Stefanie currently holds the position of Senior Director of Product Development at Ascend SC since February 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Publicis Sapient as an Associate Director, Product Management from May 2019 to February 2021. During their time at AIG, they had various roles including Senior Product Manager / Agile Transformation Lead, Digital Transformation | Employee Collaboration & Digital Experience, Digital Marketing Manager | Americas Digital Center of Excellence, and Associate Director Web Solutions & Vendor Relations from 2010 to 2019. Stefanie also has experience working at American General Life Companies, Stewart Title, Hewlett-Packard, and National Instruments in various roles.

Stefanie Carlson obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in MIS eCommerce from the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University. Stefanie attended the program from 1999 to 2000. Before that, they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Information and Operations Management at the same school from 1995 to 1999. Stefanie also holds additional certifications, including being a Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist, Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager, and Certified SAFe® 4 Product Owner/Product Manager, obtained from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2020 and 2019, respectively.
