Mimi Duong

Mimi is the Senior Associate People & Operations at Ascend Vietnam Ventures where she is in charge of recruitment as well as coordinating AVV’s various programs such as SHINE (a women-focused incubator). Previously, she operated three batches of the Saola accelerator at 500 Startups Vietnam. Mimi has a proven track record of operations experience in Topica Edtech Group and Misfit (acquired by Fossil Group).
