Hailey Dearborn

Hailey Dearborn has a diverse work experience that demonstrates their skills in communications, marketing, and teaching. Hailey'smost recent role was as a Junior Brand Manager at Ascendant Group, where they developed communication strategies, created copy for various platforms, and conducted outreach to potential clients. Prior to that, Hailey served in leadership roles at The Women's Network and Lambda Pi Eta, where they focused on networking, marketing, and event planning. Additionally, they worked as a Digital Media Coordinator at REGAL MARINE PRODUCTS INC, where they managed a private Facebook group and expanded its reach. Hailey also gained experience as a figure skating instructor at CHESTER COUNTY SKATING CLUB INC and Superior Ice Rink, and served as the Outreach Chair for THE UNIVERSITY OF DELAWARE FIGURE SKATING CLUB. Hailey was an active member of PRSSA University of Delaware, seeking to gain practical knowledge and connect with peers in the PR industry. Hailey also worked as a Digital Marketing Intern at PS Digital Marketing, conducting audits and creating marketing graphics. Finally, they served as a Honors Teaching Fellow at the University of Delaware, assisting with teaching public speaking and mentoring communication students.

Hailey Dearborn attended the University of Delaware from 2020 to 2024, where they earned two degrees. Hailey received an Honors Bachelor of Arts - BA in Communication with a Concentration in Public Relations and a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Psychology. In addition to their degrees, Hailey also obtained a Blue and Gold Advanced Career Management Certificate from the University of Delaware in April 2023 and completed the Human Subjects Protections - Social-Behavioral-Educational Focus certification program through the CITI Program in May 2022.
