Dharam Gurbani

Dharam Gurbani, currently serving as Chief Growth Officer at Collabera Digital since May 2024, has an extensive background in leadership roles across various companies. Previously, Dharam held positions at LTIMindtree as Chief Business Officer and Vice President - Business Unit Head, where responsibilities included leading P&L across multiple business verticals. At Mindtree, key roles included Vice President - Business Unit Head and Associate Vice President, Head of Retail & CPG Business. Earlier experience includes Divisional CIO & Global Head of IT at Essentra, Regional CIO & Head of Business Solution Services for Asia, and Client Partner at Mindtree Limited, among others. Significant contributions were also made at Sony as Global IT Director and at Motorola Solutions in product management. Educational credentials include a degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta and a BE in Computer Science from R.E.C Karnataka.
