Kalpana Diwakaran

Kalpana Diwakaran currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Global Delivery at Ascendion since July 2022, focusing on innovative technology solutions to enhance work and societal efficiency. Previously, Kalpana held the role of Vice President of Global Delivery at Collabera Inc. from November 2020 to June 2022, and was a Vice President and Leadership Committee member at Cognizant from November 2014 to November 2020. Kalpana's extensive career includes leadership positions such as Global Head of KPO and Analytics Services at iGATE Patni, where responsibilities included P&L management and client collaboration to enhance operational efficiency. Kalpana also built a successful contact center consulting practice at Ejiva, Inc., and has held various managerial roles in earlier positions, managing large teams and driving significant revenue growth. Kalpana holds a Bachelor's degree in Science with a focus on Chemistry and a Master of Computer Applications from Bangalore University.
