Sunny Shah

Sunny Shah is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent transformation and training solutions. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President & Global Head of Talent Transformation at Ascendion since January 2025, Sunny also holds advisory roles at the Adani Institute of Digital Technology Management and RK University. Prior experience includes a notable tenure at Collabera Digital, where Sunny contributed to building the training line of business as Senior Vice President, and earlier roles at Cognixia and Collabera, establishing training initiatives and compliance functions. Sunny's leadership capabilities were recognized as Head of the World Leadership Federation from 2016 to 2022. Education includes a Postgraduate degree in Management Studies and certifications in Six Sigma.
