Khadija Frikha, MBA, is a strategy consultant at Ascendis Consulting, specializing in strategic plans, business strategy, company diagnosis, and market studies since October 2020. Prior to this role, Khadija worked at EY as a Business Development Specialist in Private Client Services from January 2018 to October 2020 and served as a Junior Consultant and PCAI Coordinator at Inno-centre from October 2014 to June 2017, where responsibilities included coordinating the Canada Business Accelerator and coaching Mexican aerospace SMEs. Additional experience includes an internship at TechBa Montréal, where Khadija contributed to internationalization efforts for technology-based companies, and a research assistant role at Université Laval, focusing on family business and entrepreneurship education. Khadija holds an MBA in International Business from Université Laval and a Licence in Commerce from IHEC Carthage.
