John Peterkins

John Peterkins is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in market access and pricing strategy within the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Market Access at Ascendis Pharma since March 2023, John previously held similar roles at OptiNose and SUN PHARMA. Notably, John contributed significantly to Johnson & Johnson from 2007 to 2015 in various senior director positions, leading market access strategies for oncology, immunology, and hepatology, as well as pricing and contracting strategies for North American Pharmaceuticals. John’s academic background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Trent University, earned between 1985 and 1989.
