Lene Rhein Larsen

Lene Rhein Larsen is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in global IT and finance. Currently serving as Director of People Leadership for Global IT at Ascendis Pharma since May 2022, Lene previously held various leadership roles at LEO Pharma from November 2009 to May 2022, including overseeing Digital Product & Service Delivery and managing teams in application services, access management, business integration governance, and finance master data. Lene began professional career as a Controller and Project Manager at KPMG, followed by positions at the Danish Technological Institute and Intuit as a Senior Finance Analyst. Lene holds a degree from Copenhagen Business School and has developed a strong foundation in financial management and team leadership throughout career.
