Wahid N.

Wahid N. has extensive experience in health economics and outcomes research, currently serving as the Director of Global Health Economics and Outcomes Research at Ascendis Pharma since January 2021, after holding the position of Associate Director in the same field at Alkermes from January 2020 to January 2021. Prior experience includes working at Sanofi Genzyme as a Global Health Economics and Value Assessment Researcher for multiple sclerosis and oncology from March 2018 to January 2020, and at the World Health Organization as a Pharmacist and Essential Medicine Coordinator from August 2013 to June 2015. Wahid N. began a career in public health as a Public Health Officer at HealthNet TPO from July 2012 to August 2013. Academically, Wahid N. earned a Master’s Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences with a focus on Health Economics and Outcomes Research from the University of Mississippi (2015-2017), participated in the Fulbright Preacademic Program at The University of Kansas in 2015, and obtained a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) from Baqai Medical University (2006-2011).
