Carmen Ciuraru

Carmen Ciuraru currently serves as the Executive Director at Asociatia Ascendis, facilitating connections between professional business trainers and various organizations to enhance education in Romania. Simultaneously, Carmen holds the position of Associate Director at Open Doors Travel, overseeing HR, marketing, and product development while also working as a tour guide. As a co-founder of Walkabout Free Tours, Carmen manages HR, marketing, volunteers, and project management. Previous experience includes serving as Game Manager at Escape Rooms Brasov, where responsibilities encompassed designing games and overseeing marketing and location management. Earlier in the career, Carmen worked at Colgate Palmolive, initially as a Product Manager Assistant in the toothpaste category and later as a Shopper Development Assistant. Carmen holds a Master's degree in Marketing Research from Academia de Studii Economice din București and a Bachelor's degree in Economics with a focus on Marketing from Universitatea Transilvania din Brașov.
