Vlad Pascu

Vlad Pascu is an experienced professional in operations and sales management, currently serving as a Consultant & Trainer at Ascendis since June 2023. Previously, Vlad held the position of Regional Director of Operations at Romstal, overseeing operations in Transylvania, including retail, sales, storage, and technical support. Additionally, Vlad spent several years at Hilti Italia in various roles including Regional Sales Manager for Central Italy, Project Manager for the Hill Tool Connect mobile app in South-East Europe, and Product Manager for Measuring Systems in the same region. Earlier experience includes positions as Account Manager at Hilti, Account Handler and Key Accounts Manager at Procter & Gamble, and Vice President of Global Internships at AIESEC. Vlad holds a degree in Statistics from "Babes-Bolyai" University in Cluj Napoca.
