Jessica West

Jessica West is the Director of Consultant Recruiting at Ascendo Resources. Jessica has been with the company since May 2021 and has been instrumental in introducing game changing talent to a growth stage consulting startup team within an established firm. Jessica has a keen eye for detail and a passion for the hunt, close, and build when it comes to networking with their candidate pipeline. Her curiosity for company culture and understanding of the "why" drive their successful client relationships when presenting the ideal candidates for their open roles.

Jessica's previous experience includes conducting research and building out talent networks to develop a map of targeted talent, companies, and geographies. Jessica is also experienced in creating robust search strategies to identify and attract top talent to drive future business growth. In their role as Director of Consultant Recruiting, Jessica is responsible for attracting and placing top executive talent across the US for F&A consultants. Jessica also leads C-level client meetings and communications on openings and search progress through candidate placement. In addition, Jessica provides strategic guidance, education, and current market trends to clients, candidates, and business development managers.

Jessica West has a Bachelor of Science in recreation and sports management from Indiana State University, and they are a certified real estate salesperson.

Jessica West reports to Eugene Holzer, Managing Partner. Jessica West works with Jason Patrick - Managing Director, Stephana Tobajji - Lead Recruiting Coordinator, and Nicholas Olive - Managing Director.
