Josh Franzen is the Managing Director at Ascendo Resources. Josh has over 24 years of experience in Talent Solutions and Managed Solutions, including talent identification, attraction, selection, onboarding, management, and measurement.

Prior to joining Ascendo Resources, Josh was the Senior Business Development Manager - Wells Fargo at ettain group. In this role, they were responsible for developing and executing custom talent solutions for Fortune 50 clients across the United States. Under their leadership, ettain group earned ClearlyRated’s Best of Staffing Diamond Awards for both Client and Talent Satisfaction for more than 8 consecutive years.

Josh Franzen began their educational career at Meadow Creek Christian High School. Josh then attended the University of Northwestern - St. Paul, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Medicine and Biology. Finally, they completed their education at Bethel University, also earning a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Medicine and Biology.
