Petter Moe Kvalvaag

Petter Moe Kvalvaag has over 10 years of work experience in various roles. Petter Moe is currently working at Ascenium Inc since 2023 as a Principal Engineer. Prior to that, they worked at Equinor from 2018-2023 in roles such as Principal Analyst IT Info Sec and Principal Analyst IT, System Development. From 2012-2018, Petter worked at Roxar as a Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineer, where they were responsible for the maintenance and extension of reservoir management software. Petter Moe also had a role as a Software Consultant at Biota Guard AS from 2013-2014. Before that, they worked as an Automation Engineer at ABB in 2010-2011 and as an Instrument Engineer at Bergen Group ASA in 2009-2010. Petter also had experience as a Gründen Trainee at Microimpulse AS in 2009 and as a Summer student at the Norwegian Defence Research Establishment and BP in 2008 and 2007 respectively.

Petter Moe Kvalvaag began their education in 2004 at the University of Stavanger, where they pursued a Master of Technology degree in the field of Signal Processing and Cybernetics. Petter Moe successfully completed their studies in 2009. In 2007, Petter also had the opportunity to participate in an exchange program at DTU - Technical University of Denmark, where they further specialized in Signal Processing and Cybernetics. Petter Moe'sexchange year concluded in 2008.
