Larry Roche possesses extensive experience in financial planning and analysis within the healthcare and diagnostics sectors. Currently serving as the Regional Finance Head for BGM North America at Ascensia Diabetes Care, Larry has held several key positions in financial management, including Head of Financial Planning & Analysis for US Commercial. Prior roles include Senior Manager of Financial Planning, Reporting & Analysis at Bayer HealthCare Diabetes Care and various roles at Bayer Diagnostics, where Larry progressed from Financial Specialist to Senior Financial Analyst. Early career experiences included a graduate assistantship at Iona College and an internship at Merrill Lynch.
