Amanda Polcyn

Amanda Polcyn is an experienced nursing professional currently serving as an Intensive Care Nurse at Ascension since January 2024. Prior to this role, Amanda held the position of Director of Inpatient Nursing at Franklin Hospital from November 2021 to August 2024 and worked at Ascension as a Patient Care Manager and Clinical Nurse Leader from January 2018 to December 2021, focusing on improving patient and organizational outcomes through performance improvement and workflow redesign. Amanda also contributed to nursing education as an adjunct associate professor at Columbia College of Nursing from June 2017 to August 2018, specializing in graduate-level courses for the Clinical Nurse Leader program.
