Amber Sims, MBA, serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy and Growth Officer at Ascension since October 2020, where Amber contributes to the organization's transformation through innovation within the healthcare sector. Prior to this role, Amber Sims held various leadership positions at Saint Thomas Health from May 2001 to December 2020, including Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Saint Thomas Physician Services. Amber Sims obtained an MBA from Belmont University’s Jack C. Massey College of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration from Western Kentucky University.
