Jason Duigou

Jason Duigou has over 30 years of experience in various IT leadership roles. Jason began their career at Midwest Graphics, Inc. in 1989 as the Manager of Information Services, where they were responsible for managing the company's IT infrastructure. Jason then worked at Consulting as the Director of Technical Operations, overseeing the technical operations of the company.

In 1999, Duigou joined Eli Lilly and Company as the Manager of Global Messaging, Mobility, Collaboration & Document Management. Jason was responsible for establishing web-based extranet collaborative services and managing the IT budget. At Eli Lilly, they also served as the Global Service Delivery Manager & IT Service Management Process Owner, where they led the outsourcing of core IT services and established global service centers.

In 2011, Duigou joined Ascension as the Director of Business Technology Services, where they provided services for the nation's largest nonprofit health system. Jason later became the Sr. Director, IT Service Management Office and National IT Supply Chain, responsible for overseeing IT service management and supply chain operations. Currently, Duigou serves as the Chief Information Officer at Medxcel, a subsidiary of Ascension, where they have established an IT Strategic Visioning Guiding Principles and executed a transition services agreement/divestiture.

Jason Duigou, CHCIO, MBA has a diverse education history. Jason obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design from Columbus College of Art & Design between 1985 and 1989. Later, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Healthcare Management from Indiana Wesleyan University from 2005 to 2007.

In addition to their educational qualifications, Jason Duigou has obtained several certifications. In 2019, they completed the Leadership Blind Spots course offered by LinkedIn. In 2016, they earned the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives (CHIME) certification as a CHCIO. Jason also obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from Enterprise Consulting Inc., Indianapolis, IN in 2013.

Further certifications include the Six Sigma Green Belt from Ascension Health Ministry Service Center, Indianapolis, IN in 2012, and the Kepner-Tregoe Program Leader (PL) - Problem Solving and Decision Making (PSDM) from Kepner-Tregoe via Ascension Ministry Service Center, Indianapolis, IN in 2012. In 2011, they became an IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Expert through EXIN via Service Management Dynamix, LLC - CSME. Jason also holds the Six Sigma Champion certification from Eli Lilly and Company, Indianapolis, IN, which they obtained in 2010.
