Justin Clutter M.D.

Justin Clutter MD, MS is a seasoned medical professional with extensive experience in clinical performance, health informatics, and medical leadership. Currently serving as Medical Director for the Clinical Performance National Team at Optum since May 2022, Justin previously held roles as Regional Medical Officer at Landmark Health, managing home-based medical care operations, and Physician Advisor at Deaconess Health System, focusing on revenue optimization and health system efficiency. Justin's earlier experience includes serving as Chief Health Information Officer and Chief of Medicine and Geriatrics at VA Health Care Systems, and functioning as a National Library of Medicine Fellow in Biomedical Informatics at the University of Utah. Educated with a Doctor of Medicine from Indiana University School of Medicine and a Master’s in Biomedical Informatics from the University of Utah, Justin has also contributed to medical education as an adjunct faculty member at Indiana University School of Medicine.
