Kathryn Thrasher

Kathryn Thrasher is an experienced Registered Nurse with a diverse background in various healthcare settings. Current engagement with Ascension since May 2022 focuses on nursing responsibilities. Previous roles include positions at UAB Medicine, Brookwood Baptist Health, and Aya Healthcare, where responsibilities spanned operating suites for trauma, general surgery, neurosurgery, and other specialties. Throughout their career, Kathryn has been involved in precepting new team members and facilitating discussions on policy changes. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Adult Health Nursing and a Bachelor's degree in Nursing Practice, both from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
