Kristin Swaffer has a wealth of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, having worked in various roles at different companies. Currently, Kristin is the Regional Director Talent Acquisition at Ascension, where Kristin leads a team of talent acquisition managers and recruiters across multiple states. Prior to that, Kristin held positions such as Branch Manager/Division Director at The Creative Group/Robert Half and Marketing Director at WMBF News. With a degree in Journalism from the University of Kentucky, Kristin has a strong background in communications and marketing.
