Meredith Wells

Meredith Wells is an experienced healthcare executive currently serving as the Vice President of Neurosciences and Vice President of Trauma at Ascension since November 2021. Prior to these roles, Meredith held the position of Vice President of Operations for UTHealth Neurosciences from November 2019 to November 2021, and served as Associate Vice President of Operations for Neurosciences at UT Physicians for a brief period in mid-2019. Earlier experience includes key leadership roles at Memorial Hermann Health System, where Meredith was Associate Vice President of Operations within the Neuroscience Service Line and Regional Service Line Director for Neurosciences from 2014 to 2019. Meredith also worked as Director of Nursing Development at Healix and held multiple positions at Children's Memorial Hermann Hospital over a span of 13 years. Meredith holds an Executive MBA from Tulane University's A.B. Freeman School of Business and a degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
