Prior experience at HCA Healthcare involved managing a team of UX and design professionals, establishing UX standards, and leading initiatives for a comprehensive design system. Ryan's career also includes roles as an Adjunct Professor, Creative Director, and Senior UI Designer in various organizations, alongside a strong educational background with a Master of Science in User Experience and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from respected institutions.
