Michael Goodman is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in the investment and corporate development sectors. As Co-Founder and Senior Managing Director at PHARUS since May 2001, Michael has guided a boutique merchant bank focused on middle market companies, particularly in technology and consumer products, emphasizing skincare and derm products. In addition, Michael serves as Venture Partner at Ascension Ventures, specializing in early-stage technology and media investments since November 2018. Previous roles include Vice President at govWorks, Director of Corporate Development at Revlon, M&A specialist at RR Donnelley, and Consultant in International Corporate Strategy at William Kent International. Michael Goodman holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
